All sales are final. Return of non-defective product within the first 30 days from date of purchase are subject to a 15% Return Fee.

Sales Tax will be charged on all orders delivered to an address in California (CA).

Shipping fees and/or Return shipping costs are not refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To return a product you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

In the event a product is listed with an error in pricing or incorrect content, Actionembroiderycorp.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card charged. In the event that a credit card has already been charged and an order subsequently canceled, Actionembroiderycorp.com will issue a refund to the credit card account in the amount of the charge.
